Thai Tom Yam Paste
Tom Yam is the most famous dish in Thailand and is a very popular dish among the South East Asians; Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia. Thai Tom Yam Paste is a paste made by putting all the necessary herbs and spices together and cooked till the aroma is fragrant.
Tom Yam has a very strong hot and sour flavor that makes you salivate. You can have tom yam in many ways as soup; the ever popular ‘tom yam goong’ with mixed seafood, meat, fish, squids or prawns and mushrooms or stir-frying with prawns or chicken or your preferred meat..
Ingredients :-
Dried Chili, Shallot, Lemon Grass, Tamarind, Lime Juice, Monosodium Glutamate, Mixed Spices, Salt, Sugar and Citric Acid.
Cooking Instruction
- Heat 500ml (2 ½ cups) water in pot, add Adabi Tom Yam Paste together with 150gm meat, chicken or squid, that is chopped to small pieces. Stir and boil until tender.
CAUTION : To cook Prawn Tom Yam, use boiled prawn and drain separately as the prawn stock can affect the Prawn Tom Yam flavor.
- Add 5 cloves (50gm) of cauli flower and boil until cook or approximately 5 minutes.
- Ready to serve.
